This three best weapon loadouts for Warzone Champion of Caldera guide is here for those who want to be best outfitted to dominate in the new high-intensity limited-time solos mode.
Noting how this year has really catered to solo Warzone players thus far with the previous releases of Rebirth Resurgence Solos and Caldera Clash, Raven Software expressed its desire to keep the momentum going with Champion of Caldera. Here’s a breakdown of the absolute best meta weapon loadouts that solos should look to use in the new mode.
Kicking off the list is the best sniper rifle in the game at the moment, the ZRG 20mm. Now, considering that there is a single, continuously closing circle in Champion of Caldera, sniping could prove to be difficult at times. However, considering the action is still taking place on the wide-open tropical island, picking off other solos with a sniper is certainly a viable option. Pair this with the Volk to ensure that you’re covered at all ranges.
Up next is the best assault rifle in Warzone until further notice, the STG44. While the BAR and NZ-41 are certainly making some noise to potentially dethrone it, the STG44 remains the absolute meta long-range weapons due to its blend of insane damage and ease of use. Pair this with the next weapon on the list to have the absolute best loadout combo for the solo LTM.
As broken down in-depth recently by TrueGameData, the Type 100 is the rare outlier in what’s a relatively balanced SMG meta at the moment. With its statically superior TTK up close compared to all other options in Warzone, the Type 100 is a monster that is only held back by its below-average capacity magazine offerings. This, of course, isn’t an issue at all in solo settings. Additionally, with the fact that all kills in Champion of Caldera immediately refill player health, equipment and ammo, the Type 100 was born to wreak havoc in this mode.
